Introduction

CMA-103+ is an advanced wideband amplifier fabricated using E-PHEMT technology, delivering an exceptionally high dynamic range and low noise figure across a wide frequency range. In addition, the amplifier exhibits excellent input and output return loss over a wide frequency range, requires no external matching components, and has demonstrated outstanding reliability. The amplifier is bonded to a multilayer integrated LTCC substrate, then hermetically sealed in a controlled nitrogen atmosphere using a gold-plated lid, eutectic gold-tin solder, and nickel-palladium-gold termination finish. This amplifier series meets applicable standards for gross leak, fine leak, thermal shock, vibration, acceleration, mechanical shock, and high-temperature operating life. Testing is available upon request.
