Introduction

QPL9095 is a high-linearity, ultra-low noise gain module amplifier with integrated bypass mode functionality. At 900 MHz, the amplifier typically delivers 22 dB gain, +33 dBm OIP3, and 0.6 dB noise figure, while drawing 50 mA from a +4.2 V supply.

The QPL9095 is internally matched using a high-performance E-pHEMT process and requires only four external components for single positive supply operation: one external RF choke and DC-blocking/bypass capacitors. This LNA incorporates internal active biasing to maintain high performance across temperature.

The QPL9095 is optimized for the 500 MHz – 2000 MHz band, targeting wireless infrastructure applications. The QPL9095 is available in a 2×2 mm DFN package.
