Introduction

GSM0724 is a two-stage HBT small cell power amplifier for indoor/outdoor cellular base stations. It works at 728~821MHz (band B12, B20, n12, n20). This PA can deliver 24dBm output power with ACPR below -50dBc and power gain higher than 29 dB
