Introduction

PMA3-34GLN+ is a PHEMT-based broadband low-noise MMIC amplifier that combines high gain and low noise figure over an exceptionally wide bandwidth, making it ideal as a first-stage driver amplifier in receiver applications. The design operates from a single 4V supply, is matched to 50 ohms, and is housed in a miniature plastic package (3×3×0.89mm) for high-density PCB layouts.
