Introduction

The SKY65723-81 is a front-end module (FEM) integrating an LNA and pre-filter, designed for GPS/GNSS/BDS receiver applications. The device features high linearity, excellent gain, high IP1dB, and superior NF. The pre-filter provides low in-band insertion loss and integrated notch filtering for excellent suppression of cellular, PCS, and WLAN bands. The SKY65723-81 is available in a 1.7×2.3mm MCM SMT package, offering a highly manufacturable, low-cost solution.
