Introduction

TSY-83LN+ is a wideband, bypass-capable low-noise MMIC amplifier based on GaAs pHEMT, featuring high IP3 and flat gain. Operating from 0.4 to 8 GHz, this amplifier delivers high dynamic range with a noise figure of 1.5 dB, gain of 22 dB, P1dB of +22.9 dBm, and OIP3 of +33.6 dBm. These characteristics make it well-suited for sensitive, high-dynamic-range receiver applications where rapid bypassing of the gain stage may be required in the presence of high-power RF signals. The TSY-83LN+ operates from a single +5 V or +6 V supply, provides excellent 50Ω matching, and is housed in a compact, low-profile 3×3 mm QFN-style package for easy integration into dense PCB layouts.
