Introduction

This device is a low-current, high-performance InGaP/GaAs HBT MMIC gain block amplifier with an integrated active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature and process variations. The device is internally matched to 50Ω, available in an industry-standard DFN 2mm×2mm-6L package, and incorporates an integrated ESD protection cell.
