Introduction

YG602020 is a high-performance InGaP HBT MMIC gain block amplifier utilizing a Darlington pair topology with an integrated active bias network. The active bias network provides stable current over temperature and process variations. YG602020 is internally matched to 50Ω with a typical bias condition of a single 5V supply, eliminating the need for a dropping resistor compared to typical Darlington amplifiers. The device is housed in an industry-standard SOT-89 package with an integrated ESD protection cell.
