Introduction
AT2659S is a low noise amplifier (LNA) chip featuring low power consumption, high gain, and low noise figure, supporting L1-band multi-mode global satellite positioning. It is suitable for GNSS navigation devices including BeiDou-2, GPS, Galileo, and Glonass. The chip is fabricated using advanced SiGe process technology and comes in a 6-pin SOT23-6 package measuring 2.9 mm × 2.8 mm × 1.1 mm.
