Introduction
AT2659 is a low noise amplifier (LNA) with high gain and low noise figure, supporting L1-band multi-mode global satellite positioning. It is suitable for use in GNSS navigation receivers including GPS, BeiDou-2, Galileo, and GLONASS. The chip is fabricated using advanced SiGe process technology and comes in a 6-pin DFN package measuring 1.5 mm × 1 mm × 0.78 mm.
