Introduction
B0322J5050AHF is a thin, ultra-miniature balun designed for the differential input and output ports of next-generation wireless chipsets, housed in an easy-to-use surface mount package covering the GSM band. B0322J5050AHF is ideal for high-volume manufacturing and offers higher performance than conventional ceramic and lumped-element baluns. The unbalanced port impedance of the B0322J5050AHF is 50Ω, and the balanced port impedance is also 50Ω. This conversion enables single-ended signals to be applied to the differential ports of modern semiconductors. The output ports feature equal amplitude (−3dB) with a 180-degree phase difference. B0322J5050AHF is supplied in tape-and-reel packaging, suitable for high-volume SMT manufacturing.
