Introduction

F2251 is a low insertion loss voltage variable attenuator (VVA) suitable for a wide range of wireless and RF applications. The device covers a broad frequency range from 50MHz to 6000MHz. In addition to low insertion loss, the F2251 delivers excellent linearity performance across the full voltage control and attenuation range.

The F2251 operates from a single positive supply voltage of 3.15V to 5.25V. Among its key characteristics, the device offers improved phase noise performance compared to its predecessor (F2250). Furthermore, the device features a positive-only attenuation slope.
