Introduction
C3A50Z4 is a high-performance alumina (Al₂O₃) surface-mount termination designed as a cost-effective alternative to aluminum nitride (AlN). This termination is well-suited for all cellular frequency bands, including 5G, LTE, ISM, and MIL-AERO bands, with a power rating of 3 watts (average) and a peak-to-average ratio of 12 dB, making it ideal for terminating high-power Xinger 90° couplers and directional couplers, as well as for use in microstrip circuits. This termination is also RoHS compliant!
