Introduction

ARW637 is a wideband, high-linearity, high-precision, fast-switching, low-cost bidirectional 7-bit digitally controlled attenuator targeting applications below 8GHz. It supports serial, direct parallel, and latched parallel attenuation state configuration modes. The input power 0.1dB compression point reaches 31dBm, insertion loss is less than 2.8dB below 6GHz, switching time is less than 275ns, maximum attenuation range is 31.75dB, with selectable step sizes of 0.25dB, 0.5dB, and 1dB. Housed in a QFN 4×4mm compact SMT plastic package with pin compatibility with PE43711 and HMC1119, it is widely used in small cells, distributed antenna systems, repeaters, test instruments, IoT, point-to-point communications, and other applications.
