Introduction
CPC1150N is a miniature single-pole normally-closed solid state relay utilizing optically coupled MOSFET technology, providing 1500Vrms input-to-output isolation. Its optically coupled output employs an OptoMOS architecture controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. The advanced dual-mode vertical construction package makes the CPC1150N one of the world's smallest 4-pin solid state relays, saving board space compared to larger competing 4-pin SOP relays.
