Introduction
The PAA110 is a 400V, 150mA, 22Ω dual normally-open (1-Form-A) optically isolated solid-state relay. Its high-efficiency MOSFET switching and photovoltaic die utilize IXYS Integrated Circuits' patented OptoMOS architecture, providing 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation. The optically coupled output is controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED.
This industry-leading product offers high peak load voltage handling capability and improved peak load current handling capability.
