Introduction

A series of solid-state relays designed to switch various loads such as heating elements, motors, and transformers. The relay is capable of switching high voltages up to 600 VACrms. A built-in varistor provides transient protection for heavy industrial applications. To enhance reliability and load cycling capability, three semiconductor power units are soldered directly onto a Direct Copper Bonding (DCB) substrate. Available in AC or DC control versions. A built-in LED status indicator displays control voltage application status and over-temperature alarm (optional). The series covers load current ranges up to 75 AACrms.
