Introduction

LCA125L is a current-limiting, 300V, 170mA, 20Ω normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay utilizing optically coupled MOSFET technology, providing 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation. Its optically coupled output employs the patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. The LCA125L serves as a drop-in replacement for mechanical relays with the superior reliability of a semiconductor device. With no moving parts, it delivers faster, bounce-free switching in a compact SMT or through-hole package.
