Introduction

Harmony solid state relay, 40A, panel mount, DC switching, with heat sink pad, input 3.5...32V DC, output 1...150V DC. This solid state relay supports up to 40A and is equipped with a heat sink pad for efficient thermal dissipation. Suitable for panel mounting, the device features a single-phase design for DC switching. Output type is MOSFET, with turn-on and turn-off response times of 0.1ms. Control circuit voltage range is 3.5 to 32V DC, and output voltage ranges from 1 to 150V DC. Load current range is 0.001 to 40A, with a surge current of 106A for 10ms. Insulation resistance is 1000MΩ at 500V DC, dielectric strength between input and output is 2.5kVAC, and dielectric strength from input or output to enclosure is also 2.5kVAC. The device uses screw terminal connections, with input terminal tightening torque of 1.5...1.7N·m and output terminal torque of 2...2.2N·m.
