Introduction

The LAA108 is a dual single-pole normally-open solid-state relay rated at 100V, 300mA, and 8Ω, featuring two independently controlled, optically isolated outputs. The output MOSFET switches and photodiodes utilize optocoupler MOSFET technology to provide 3750 Vrms input-output isolation. The relay outputs employ a patented OptoMOS architecture controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. This dual single-pole OptoMOS relay offers a more compact design solution than two discrete single-pole relays, saving board space by integrating two switches in a single 8-pin package.
