Introduction

The LAA125 is a 350V, 170mA, 16Ω dual normally open (1-Form-A) relay. It combines enhanced peak load current capability with low on-resistance. Its MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die provide 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation.

The optically coupled output, using the patented OptoMOS architecture, is controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED.

This dual-switch OptoMOS relay offers a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays across a variety of applications, saving board space by integrating two switches in a single 8-pin package.
