Introduction

The LBB120 is a dual 250V, 170mA, 20Ω normally closed (1-Form-B) relay featuring low on-resistance and enhanced peak load current handling capability. It is housed in an 8-pin SOIC package and utilizes optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms input/output isolation.

Its optically coupled output employs the patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED.

The dual single-pole OptoMOS relay integrates two relays in a single 8-pin package, offering a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays across a wide range of applications.
