Introduction
PLA150 is a 250V, 250mA, 7Ω single-pole normally open (1-Form-A) solid-state relay using optically coupled MOSFET technology, providing 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation. Its optically coupled output features a patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. This industry-leading device offers high peak load current handling capability and very low on-resistance.
