Introduction

The LCB111 is a 350V, 120mA, 35Ω normally-closed (1-Form-B) solid-state relay with high sensitivity. It uses opto-coupled relay technology to provide a 3750Vrms isolation barrier between the relay's input and output.

Its opto-coupled output uses the patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED.

The LCB111 can replace mechanical relays while offering superior reliability associated with semiconductor devices. With no moving parts, it enables faster, bounce-free switching in a more compact package, supporting either SMT or through-hole mounting.
