Introduction

The LAA125L is a dual normally-open (1-Form-A) solid-state relay incorporating two independently controlled optocoupled MOSFET switches and an additional current-limiting circuit. The combination of optocoupled MOSFET switches and photodiodes provides 3750 Vrms input/output isolation. The optocoupled output, utilizing a patented optocoupled MOSFET architecture, is controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. This dual-switch optocoupled MOSFET relay offers a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays across a wide range of applications, saving board space by integrating two switches into a single 8-pin package.
