Introduction

LH1518 is a normally open single-pole single-throw switch (1 Form A) that can replace electromagnetic relays in many applications. The relay uses a GaAlAs LED for drive control and employs a high-reliability MOSFET as the output switch. It also incorporates a current-limiting circuit to provide overvoltage protection. The LH1518 also offers current-limiting functionality for unidirectional DC applications.
