Introduction

The LBA126L contains two independent 250V, 150mA, 20Ω solid state relays: a single-pole normally open (1-Form-A) current limiting relay and a single-pole normally closed (1-Form-B) relay. The device uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms input/output isolation. Its optically coupled output is a high-efficiency MOSFET switch utilizing IXYS Integrated Circuits Division's patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency GaAlAs infrared LED. The LBA126L is designed to provide an ideal solution in a single space-saving package for applications requiring complementary Form-A/Form-B relay pairs.
