Introduction
PS7122A-1B, -2B and PS7122AL-1B, -2B are solid-state relays featuring a GaAs LED on the input side and a normally-closed contact MOSFET on the output side. Their low offset voltage and high linearity make them well suited for analog signal control. The PS7122AL-1B and -2B models feature SMT-compatible leads.
