PS7142-1B, -2B and PS7142L-1B, -2B are solid-state relays featuring a GaAs LED on the input side and a normally-closed contact type MOSFET on the output side. Their low offset and high linearity make them suitable for analog signal control. PS7142L-1B and -2B come in surface-mount packages.
