Introduction
The PR3BMF51NSKF series solid-state relays integrate an infrared emitting diode, a phototransistor detector, and a main output TRIAC. These devices are ideal for controlling high-voltage AC loads with solid-state reliability while providing 4kV (Viso(rms)) input-to-output isolation.
