Introduction

The LCB127 is a 250V, 200mA, 10Ω single-pole normally closed (1-Form-B) solid state relay with enhanced peak load current capability. It uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation.

Its optically coupled output features the proprietary OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED.

This OptoMOS relay offers a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays across a variety of applications, while saving board space compared to conventional electromechanical relays.
