Introduction

The LAA125 is a dual, normally open (1-Form-A) relay rated at 350V, 170mA, and 16Ω. It combines enhanced peak load current capability with low on-resistance. Its MOSFET switches and photovoltaic die provide 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation. The optocoupled output, utilizing the patented OptoMOS architecture, is controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. This dual-switch OptoMOS relay offers a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays across a wide range of applications, saving board space by integrating two switches in a single 8-pin package.
