Introduction

LBA127L contains two independent solid-state relays (a current-limiting, single-pole normally open (1-Form-A) relay and a single-pole normally closed (1-Form-B) relay) in an 8-pin package, utilizing optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750 Vrms input-to-output isolation. The optically coupled relay outputs employ the patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. The LBA127L is designed to deliver an ideal complementary Form-A/Form-B relay pair solution in a single space-saving package.
