Introduction

VOR2142 is a 400V dual-channel normally-open photo-coupled solid-state relay (SPST - 1 Form A). Based on a hybrid architecture, it allows fast switching times and operates over a wide ambient temperature range. A high-efficiency GaAlAs IRED enables low forward current at the input. On the output side, high-performance MOSFET switches provide low Ron and can switch both DC and AC signals.
