Introduction
The CPC1020N is a 30V, single-pole, normally open (1-Form-A) solid-state relay. This relay features an ultra-low on-resistance of 0.25Ω and can support high-current operation. IXYS Integrated Circuits' patented OptoMOS architecture provides the necessary optocoupling technology to activate the high-efficiency MOSFET switch at the output and offers 1500Vrms input-to-output isolation. The isolated output is controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED at the input.
