Introduction
The LH1511 relay is a SPST normally-closed switch (Form 1 B) and can replace electromechanical relays in many applications. These relays are constructed as multi-chip hybrid devices. Drive control is achieved through an infrared LED. The output switch is a combination of a photodiode array, a MOSFET switch, and a control circuit. These relays can be configured for AC/DC or DC-only operation.
