Introduction

The LCA110L is a current-limiting, normally open (1-Form-A) solid-state relay that uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750 Vrms input-to-output isolation. Its optically coupled output employs a patented OptoMOS architecture controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. The LCA110L can replace mechanical relays while offering superior reliability associated with semiconductor devices — no moving parts, faster bounce-free switching, in a more compact SMT or through-hole package.
