Introduction

The LH1540 is a rugged switch designed for telecom and ground fault protection applications. It is a normally open SPST switch (1 Form A) that can replace electromagnetic relays in many applications. The switch uses a GaAlAs LED for drive control and employs a MOSFET as the switching output. In addition, it incorporates a current-limiting circuit for overvoltage protection.
