Introduction
The LAA110 is a dual 1-Form-A solid-state relay featuring two independently controlled, optically isolated MOSFET switches. The output MOSFET switches and photodiodes employ optocoupled MOSFET technology, providing 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation. The relay output utilizes a patented OptoMOS architecture controlled by high-efficiency infrared LEDs. This dual-pole OptoMOS relay offers a more compact design solution than discrete single-pole relays across a wide range of applications, saving board space by integrating two switches in a single 8-pin package.
