Introduction

The PBB150 is a dual single-pole normally closed (1-Form-B) solid state relay containing two independently controlled optically coupled MOSFET switches using optocoupled MOSFET technology, providing 3750 Vrms input-to-output isolation. Its optocoupled outputs feature a patented OptoMOS architecture controlled by high-efficiency GaAIAs infrared LEDs. Compared to discrete single-pole relays, the dual single-pole OptoMOS relay integrates two relays in a single 8-pin package, delivering a more compact design solution across a wide range of applications.
