Introduction
The PLA171 is a single-pole normally-open solid state relay designed to provide 7mm pitch between output pins, using optically coupled MOSFET technology to achieve 5000Vrms enhanced input-to-output isolation. Its optically coupled output is controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED, utilizing the patented OptoMOS architecture. The device is designed to replace electromechanical relays, offering bounce-free switching with higher reliability in a compact SMT package.
