Introduction

PLA110L is a current-limiting, normally open (1-Form-A) solid state relay that uses optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750 Vrms input-to-output isolation. Its optically coupled output employs a patented OptoMOS architecture controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED. The PLA110L can be used to replace mechanical relays. It offers superior reliability associated with semiconductor devices, has no moving parts, and provides faster, bounce-free switching in a more compact SMT or through-hole package.
