Introduction

The LBB127 is a 250V, 200mA, 10Ω dual normally closed (1-Form-B) solid state relay containing two independently controlled optically coupled MOSFET switches. It is offered in an 8-pin package and utilizes optically coupled MOSFET technology to provide 3750Vrms input-to-output isolation.

Its optically coupled output uses the patented OptoMOS architecture, controlled by a high-efficiency infrared LED.

This dual single-pole OptoMOS relay offers a more compact design than discrete single-pole relays across a variety of applications, saving board space by integrating two switches into a single 8-pin package.
