Introduction

This device employs optically coupled MOSFET technology, providing 2500V_rms input-to-output isolation. The relay output consists of high-efficiency MOSFET switches built on a patented OptoMOS architecture. The input features a high-efficiency infrared LED for controlling the optically coupled output. Low on-resistance and high load current handling capability make it suitable for a wide range of high-performance DC switching applications. The unique i4-PAC package uses soft solder to bond silicon die to a direct bonded copper ceramic substrate, delivering both high isolation voltage and extremely low junction-to-case thermal resistance.
