The ARA200A03X features 1 GHz operating capability, 3 W power handling (at 1 GHz), 50Ω impedance, and includes 2 Form C contact relays. This surface mount relay offers excellent high-frequency characteristics. Additionally, its substrate circuit design supports microstrip lines, eliminating the need for substrate processing.
