Introduction

This series provides a variety of sockets and accessories for the R10 relay, including solder terminal sockets and printed circuit terminal sockets. The rugged molded socket body accommodates floating terminals, supporting solder or printed circuit pin configurations. Printed circuit terminal sockets offer pins in 0.1-inch grid or inline arrangements. Sockets are available with pre-installed grounding options, including a grounding bar (grounded via screw or rivet) or a grounding terminal (printed circuit sockets only). Accessories include retaining springs, retaining straps, mounting plates, brackets, and mounting bars and mounting rails for chassis or rack mounting, supporting multiple mounting methods such as bracket mounting, flange mounting, and rail mounting. Printed circuit sockets feature a floating terminal design; vertical float must be eliminated during installation to prevent solder joint fractures or separation of copper conductors from the PCB.
