Introduction

The DOGM240-6 graphic display is a 240x64 dot matrix graphic display belonging to the EA DOG series from ELECTRONIC ASSEMBLY. It features the UC1611s controller with integrated graphic RAM, offering high-contrast LCD super-twisted display (STN and FSTN) with a dot pitch of 15µm. Multiple LED backlight colors are available. Powered by a single supply of 2.7–3.3V (typical 500µA) with no additional voltage required. Three interface options are supported: 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI, and I²C. Operating temperature range is -20°C to +70°C (storage temperature: -30°C to +80°C). LED backlight current is 10 to 150mA. Can be soldered directly onto a PCB with no additional mounting required.
