Introduction
The A02_AX1607USR2 pushbutton switches and indicator lights feature the following characteristics: panel sealing to IP65 protection rating; single-pole to four-pole conversion; engravable and film labeling capability; captive screw and push on tab terminals; rated current 12A, voltage 250VAC. Panel cutout dimensions are Ø22mm (0.866 in.) or 29.5 (1.161 in.) x 21.5 (0.846 in.) mm, as well as Ø30mm. For unsealed switches and indicator lights (IP40), add suffix 01 to the end of the part number. For 6.35mm push on tab terminals, add suffix SP after the switch block part number. Installation requires following specific steps, including drilling or punching, pre-assembly operator handling, wiring, bulb installation, and lens installation. Switch block removal methods and related tools and accessories are also described.
