Introduction

AFBR-3950xxRZ is a high-voltage galvanic isolation link supporting DC to 50 Mbaud signal rates. The device consists of an optical transmitter and receiver operating at a wavelength of 650 nm. With a pin pitch of approximately 25 mm to 101 mm, it provides transient voltage suppression in the range of 15 kV to 50 kV.
