Introduction

Harmony XB5 signal lamp head, metal, orange, diameter 22, flat lens for BA9s bulb. Panel cutout for buttons, switches, and signal lamps (finished hole, ready for direct mounting). Connection via screw clamp terminals, plug-in connectors, or PCB. (1) Diameter on finished panel or bracket (2) For selector switches and emergency stop buttons, use of anti-rotation plate type ZB5AZ902 is recommended. (3) Recommended diameter 22.5 mm (22.3 mm, tolerance 0 to +0.4) / Recommended diameter 0.89 in (0.88 in, tolerance 0 to +0.016)

Mounting instructions ● Minimum board thickness: 1.6 mm / 0.06 in ● Cutout diameter: 22.4 mm ±0.1 / 0.88 in ±0.004 ● Orientation of body/fixing ring ZB5AZ009: ±2°30' (excluding cutouts marked a and b) ● Tightening torque of screw ZBZ006: max. 0.6 N.m (5.3 lbf.in) ● One ZB5AZ079 fixing ring/pillar and its fixing screw per 90 mm / 3.54 in horizontal (X) and 120 mm / 4.72 in vertical (Y). Apply to each selector switch head (ZB5AD•, ZB5AJ•, ZB5AG•). Centers marked a and b are diagonally opposite and must be aligned with the markings
